Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds
Thank you for choosing CosmoPro Clinic for your treatments. Please note:
• We do not offer refunds for treatments, products, in-clinic pre-paid packages, or gift cards, nor for treatments booked and purchased online. Exceptions apply to pre-paid packages and gift cards purchased online or by phone—please see the specific terms below.
• If you experience an adverse reaction to a treatment or product, we encourage you to contact the clinic manager. The manager will assess the situation and use their discretion to offer an appropriate solution.
• Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds for Online or Phone Purchases of Pre-Paid Packages and Gift Cards
• We hope you’re delighted with your online purchase. However, if you change your mind regarding a pre-paid package or gift card purchased online or by phone, you have 14 days from the purchase date to request a full refund. Please email the clinic where the purchase was made, providing proof of purchase.
• After the 14-day cooling-off period, our standard refund policy applies, and no refunds will be offered for these items.
• The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to in-clinic purchases.
• Refunds will not be provided for redeemed or partially used pre-paid packages or gift cards during the cooling-off period.
• Any treatments redeemed during the cooling-off period are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to attend an appointment may result in the loss of your deposit or treatment cost. For pre-paid packages, the cost of the missed treatment will be deducted from the package.
• If you become ill within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Pre-Paid Treatment & Gift Card Expiry Dates
• Pre-paid packages expire 6 months from the purchase date (for packages with fewer than 4 treatments) or 12 months (for packages with 6 or more treatments). Gift cards expire 6 months from the purchase date.
• Please ensure you schedule your treatments or use your gift card before the expiry date. Unused treatments or balances on expired packages and gift cards are non-refundable.
• If illness prevents you from using your pre-paid package before the expiry date, please contact the clinic manager for further assistance.
Transfer Policy
Pre-paid packages are specific to the treatment areas selected at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred to other treatment areas.
